Mohan hails from SS Gunda Dindarakappalli area near GT Nellore of Chittoor District. 

His son Hemnath (23) was working as a supervisor in a private company in Bengaluru.

On the day of the incident, Hemnath, who had come to Hosur, was walking near Mookandapalli Bus stop near Hosur.

An unidentified vehicle coming that way hit Hemnath and went without stopping.

He was injured and died on the spot. Hosur SIPCOT police are investigating the matter.
