The apparent internal divide within the Hosur DMK unit was once again visible as separate Anna birthday celebrations were conducted by groups led by Krishnagiri West District Secretary Y. Prakash and Hosur Corporation Secretary S. A. Sathya.

Sathya-led DMK workers garlanded Anna’s statue near the Hosur Taluk Office and distributed sweets at around 8 AM. A separate programme led by Y. Prakash was held at the same location at around 9 AM.

The separate programmes have raised fresh questions among local political observers over the internal situation within the Hosur DMK.

அதன் பின், காலை 9 மணி அளவில் ஒய் பிரகாஷ் தலைமையில், திமுகவினர் அண்ணா சிலைக்கு மாலை அணிவித்து, இனிப்புகள் வழங்கி அண்ணாவின் பிறந்தநாளை சிறப்பித்தனர்.
