A theft complaint has been registered after a house in Saraswathi Layout, Begapalli, Hosur, was reportedly found with its door broken open and gold jewellery missing.

According to the complaint, the husband had locked the house before travelling to Palakkad in Kerala, while his wife, who reportedly did not have the house key, stayed at a relative's home.

SIPCOT Police have registered a case and are examining CCTV footage from the surrounding area as part of the investigation.
