Residents of villages under Bettamugilalam Panchayat near Hosur have raised concerns over irregular drinking water supply. Despite the presence of infrastructure such as wells, overhead tanks, and pipeline connections, locals allege that water is not being adequately distributed. Some have also claimed that water meant for public use is being diverted, while residents are forced to rely on poor-quality water. Citizens and volunteers have called for immediate intervention.
