Tanker truck carrying gas collided with a car in Hosur

A tanker truck carrying gas collided with a car in front of it on the Hosur - Bangalore National Highway.

The accident affected the traffic on the Hosur Bangalore and Bangalore Krishnagiri highways.

A tanker truck carrying gas from Tamil Nadu was heading towards Bangalore in Karnataka via Hosur.  It is said that when the tanker lorry was passing Dargah area near SIPCOT - Hosur on the Hosur-Bangalore National Highway, the driver of the car in front of it swerved to the right to give way to a two-wheeler traveling in the same direction.

Then the tanker truck which was going at high speed collided with the car and crashed. In this accident, the car was crushed like a pancake.

The car driver escaped with minor injuries. The tanker lorry broke the waist fence in the middle of the national highway and stopped on the other side of the highway.

Due to this accident, the road leading from Hosur to Bangalore and the road leading from Bangalore to Krishnagiri caused severe traffic damage on the two roads.
