Velan (23) hails from Matharasanapally near Choolagiri and works at a Tasmac bar in Hosur area.

It is said that Balamurugan (25), a municipal sanitary worker from Hosur Ram Nagar, asked Velan for Free alcohol at the bar where he was working.

When Velan refused to give it, Balamurugan got angry and attacked him and threatened to kill him.

On the complaint, Hosur Town police registered a case and arrested Balamurugan.
