A peace march was organised in Hosur by the DMK Krishnagiri West District to mark the 57th death anniversary of former Chief Minister C. N. Annadurai. The march began from the Thally–Denkanikottai Road junction and concluded at the Anna statue near the Taluk Office Road junction. Senior party leaders paid floral tributes, following which the DMK West District office on Thally Road was inaugurated. A large number of party members participated in the event.

ஓசூரில் அண்ணாவின் 57வது நினைவு நாளை முன்னிட்டு கிருஷ்ணகிரி மேற்கு மாவட்ட தி மு க சார்பில் அமைதி ஊர்வலம், தளி - தேன்கனிகோட்டை சாலை சந்திப்பு பகுதியில் இருந்து, வட்டாட்சியர் அலுவலகம் சாலை சந்திப்பில் அமைந்துள்ள அண்ணா சிலை வரை, நடைபெற்றது.

மாவட்ட பொறுப்பு அமைச்சர் சக்கரபாணி, கிருஷ்ணகிரி மேற்கு மாவட்ட செயலாளரும் ஓசூர் சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினருமான ஒய் பிரகாஷ், ஓசூர் நகர செயலாளர் மற்றும் மாநகர மேயர் எஸ் ஏ சத்யா உள்ளிட்டோர் அண்ணா சிலைக்கு மாலை அணிவித்து மரியாதை செய்தனர்.

பின்னர், தளி சாலையில் மேற்கு மாவட்ட திமுக அலுவலகம் திறந்து வைக்கப்பட்டது. இந்நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் திரளான கட்சியினர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
