Special worship was held at Anjaneya temples across Hosur and surrounding areas to mark the last Saturday of the Shravan month, an important religious observance among Kannada- and Telugu-speaking communities.

At Osapuram village near Kelamangalam, special flower abhishekam and puja were performed for the 32-foot Veera Anjaneya Swamy.

A large number of devotees participated in the special worship.
