A walking park developed at a cost of ₹83 lakh has been opened for public use in the Bagalur HUDCO residential area of Hosur. The park spans approximately 1.5 acres and features landscaped surroundings and walking facilities.

The park was inaugurated virtually by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister earlier today. Following the virtual inauguration, Hosur Mayor S A Sathya, along with the Corporation Commissioner and other civic representatives, formally opened the park through a lamp-lighting and ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Residents who attended the event were offered sweets as part of the celebration.

ஓசூர் பாகலூர் ஹட்கோ குடியிருப்பு பகுதியில் கலை நயத்துடன் அழகிய வடிவில் ஒன்றரை ஏக்கர் பரப்பளவில், 83 லட்சம் ரூபாய் மதிப்பீட்டில் நடைப்பயிற்சி பூங்கா கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த பூங்காவை, இன்று காலை 11 மணி அளவில், காணொளி காட்சி வாயிலாக, தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர், பொதுமக்களின் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு திறந்து வைத்தார்.

அதை தொடர்ந்து, ஓசூர் மாநகர மேயர் எஸ் ஏ சத்தியா, மாநகராட்சி ஆணையாளர், நல வாழ்வு குழு தலைவர் என்.எஸ் மாதேஸ்வரன், வரிவிதிப்பு குழு தலைவர் சென்னீரப்பா மற்றும் பல பெரியோர்கள் குத்து விளக்கு ஏற்றி, ரிப்பன் வெட்டி விழாவினை சிறப்பித்தனர். நிகழ்வில் கலந்து கொண்ட பொதுமக்களுக்கு இனிப்புகள் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
