Hosur came alive today as residents, schools, colleges, private firms, and government offices celebrated India’s 79th Independence Day with pride and unity. From vibrant flag hoistings to special events, the spirit of freedom was in the air.

Many residential communities also took a pledge for a Clean Hosur Movement following the flag ceremony, supporting Hosur Municipality’s mission for a cleaner, greener city.

ஓசூர் முழுவதும், பல்வேறு குடியிருப்புகள், பள்ளி கல்லூரிகள், தனியார் நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் அரசு அலுவலகங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பகுதிகளில் இந்தியா விடுதலை அடைந்த 79 வது ஆண்டு விடுதலை திருநாள் கொண்டாட்டம், தேசிய கொடியேற்றி கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.

பல்வேறு சிறப்பு நிகழ்ச்சிகள் விடுதலை திருநாளை முன்னிட்டு இன்று நடத்தப்பட்டன. குடியிருப்புகள் பெரும்பாலானவற்றில், கொடியேற்றத்திற்குப் பின், ஓசூர் மாநகராட்சியின் வேண்டுதலுக்கு இணங்க, தூய்மை ஓசூர் இயக்கத்திற்கான உறுதிமொழி, குடியிருப்பு மக்கள் சார்பில் எடுக்கப்பட்டது.
