Ahead of Vinayagar Chaturthi on September 14, Hosur police inspected Vinayagar idols being installed at various locations to verify whether their height complies with court guidelines and government instructions.

Police have been repeatedly advising the public and organisers that Vinayagar idols should not exceed 10 feet in height, in accordance with the applicable guidelines.

The measurements collected during the inspection will be communicated to the Krishnagiri District Collector through the Tahsildar, according to the police.

நீதிமன்ற வழிகாட்டுதல்களின் படி, அரசு ஆணைக்கிணங்க, ஓசூரில் விநாயகர் சிலைகளை பத்து அடி உயரத்திற்கு மிகாமல் வைக்க வேண்டும் என்று ஓசூர் காவல் துறையினர் தொடர்ந்து பொதுமக்களை மற்றும் அமைப்புகளை வலியுறுத்தி வந்தனர்.

வரும் செப்டம்பர் 14 ஆம் நாள் விநாயகர் சதுர்த்தி கொண்டாடப்பட உள்ள நிலையில், அமைக்கப்படும் விநாயகர் சிலைகள் நீதிமன்ற வழிகாட்டுதல்களின் படி தான் உள்ளதா என்பது குறித்து ஓசூர் காவல் துறையினர் ஆய்வு மேற்கொண்டனர்.

அளவுகள் குறித்த தரவுகள் வட்டாட்சியர் மூலம் கிருஷ்ணகிரி மாவட்ட ஆட்சியருக்கு தெரிவிக்கப்படும் என காவல்துறையினர் தெரிவித்தனர்.
