In a tragic incident near Anchetty, close to Hosur, the parents of a 13-year-old boy chose to donate his organs after he was declared brain dead.

The boy, a resident of Panaiyur village, had reportedly sustained a head injury following a fall and was undergoing treatment at government medical college hospitals in Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri.

After he was declared brain dead, his parents made the decision to donate his organs, offering hope to others.

Officials paid their respects to the child.
