A house burglary in Chinna Elasagiri, Hosur, has caused concern among residents after CCTV footage reportedly captured a suspect arriving on a motorcycle and breaking the door locks using an iron rod.

The suspect was reportedly wearing sports shoes, a safety jacket and gloves and appeared to carry out the break-in in a calm and calculated manner. The homeowner reportedly lost 16 sovereigns of gold jewellery.
