The current Hosur Government Hospital on Denkanikottai Road is planned to be converted into the Hosur Sub-Collector & Revenue Divisional Office. Meanwhile, a new upgraded government hospital at Karappalli — built at a cost of ரூ100 crore — is expected to start functioning within the next 3 months.
